About Dr Ian Jagelman

Dr Ian Jagelman is the Director of The Jagelman Institute, an organisation focused on equipping leaders, enabling organisations and enriching believers. Formerly the Senior Pastor of Christian City Congregations (a church he planted and grew to a thousand plus members), he now heads a post-graduate studies program at Alhpacrucis College, Sydney and travels to various countries on behalf of the Institute. He is recognised as a leading thinker on leadership issues who combine praxis, leadership theory, and the truth of the Scripture. He is an Australian who has lived overseas for nine years and has been teaching in cross-cultural contexts for 40 years.
